Return & Exchange Policy

Policy for returning/exchanging stands for 14 days. You have 14 days from the time you receive your items, to contact Southern Sparkle Boutique to discuss any issues related to said order. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please email us at southernsparkle1699@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be UNUSED AND IN THE CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT with tags attached. Items cannot be exchanged or returned once they have been worn or washed. Sale items CANNOT BE REFUNDED or EXCHANGED.

​For orders placed online, if your purchase arrives damaged or inaccurate, please send us an email to southernsparkle1699@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Returning (If applicable)

  • Please refer to the Return Policy information above to make sure your return meets all the criteria. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, and the items will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 

  • Please return the item(s) via shipping carrier of your choice. RETURN SHIPPING IS SOLELY THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit. 

  • Once your package is received, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing. When your return is processed, you will receive an email notification. 

  • We will NOT be accepting messages VIA social media about returns or exchanges. As a small business we understand the urge to have items right away or fixed immediately, but due to high demand we will only accept returns or exchanges through this method.

Exchanges:

We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore, we suggest placing an order for the item/size you would like and sending the previous back for a full refund. 

Defective: 

If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us within 3 business days so we can correct the issue.
